Posted May 07, 2018 12:06PM Yoko ono’s “Yokohama” album has been released, and now the singer is giving fans a taste of what she’s going to bring with it.
The news of Yoko’s album was announced via the artist’s website on Tuesday.
The album features the artist and her former bandmates performing songs from her solo career, including her hit song “I Need a Miracle.”
According to the website, the album will feature songs from the group’s latest album, which she wrote and produced with her husband, drummer David Bowie.
“Yogohama is a collection of songs that are about growing and discovering as an artist and about finding a way to share your passion and love of music,” she said.
“I’m so excited to share this album with you.”
The album will be released on June 10, and fans can pre-order it through the artist website.
“We have a ton of new songs, so you’ll be able to hear the best of the album as soon as we release it,” she added.
“If you don’t want to wait, it’s also on iTunes and Spotify.”
Fans can also order “Yukinoshita,” a new song from “YOKOHAMA” that the singer shared during a recent visit to Japan.
“My new song ‘Yukanoshita’ is really catchy and it’s really good,” she told Japanese radio station NHK.
“It’s a good track, so I hope it will be a hit.”
